Road Resurfacing Schedule

Weather permitting, this is the City of Elkhart Street Department paving schedule from Monday August 24th through Thursday August 28th, 2026. Vehicles should be removed from the street prior to 7am and not return until after 7pm OR until barricades are removed. Please DO NOT adjust or remove any barricades from the site, as they are placed for our safety, as well as all citizen's safety. Sidewalks and/or alleyways will be accessible to and from your home/business, but street access will be prohibited during the paving/milling process.

8/24 Monday: Paving

1. Meisner Ave. – W. Lexington Ave. to Rainbow Bend Blvd.

8/25 Tuesday: Paving

1. Dorsey Ave. – W. Lexington Ave. to Rainbow Bend Blvd.
2. Martin St. - W. Lexington Ave. to Kohlhaas Ave.

8/26 Wednesday: Paving

1. W. Lexington Ave. – S.R.19 thru Vine St.

8/27 Thursday: Paving

1. McNaughton Ave. – Oak St. to west dead end

8/28 Friday: Paving

1. Oak St. – S.R.19 to Mishawaka St
