Buildings and Grounds Department
The City of Elkhart Buildings and Grounds Department maintains all city-owned buildings and properties, including Elkhart’s parks. The department also oversees trees in the tree lawn and provides brush pickup services to help keep our community safe, clean, and well cared for.
