City of Elkhart offers eligible employees and their dependent family members an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with New Avenues, Inc. The EAP is an early intervention benefit program offering a variety of support and resources to help motivate employees to pro-actively deal with personal concerns, before they potentially could affect home and work performance. All services are strictly confidential and at no cost to the employee or family members.
