All T-Hangars are available for lease on a monthly basis. Lease fees include utilities, snow plowing and all maintenance. Our tenants also have 24/7 access to restrooms, kitchen, wi-fi and more.

Our annual land lease fees are currently just 14 cents per square foot. Depending on the estimated cost of construction and other variables, lease terms of 30, 40 or even 50 years can be offered.
