Contractor's Information

Every year, the City of Elkhart receives funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to rehabilitate homes in the City of Elkhart, and we need contractors: general, roofing, electrical, plumbing, siding, you name it! 

If that's you, please click the red links to view the contractor's flyer, to read and sign the contractor's agreement, and the contractor's application.  Additionally, please ensure that your business is registered at www.sam.gov, as it is a federal and city requirement that all businesses receiving government funds are registered and active.
