Guided by the principles of integrity and professionalism, the Department of Law for the City of Elkhart is dedicated to delivering competent, candid legal counsel to the Mayor, the Common Council, and the various departments and appointed officials of the City.

With a commitment to ethical practices, fairness, and transparency, we strive to uphold the law with understanding and empathy, free from prejudice and bias, that we may instill confidence in our legal positions and engender trust in the City’s legal processes.
