The Elkhart County Prosecutor’s Office has charged an Elkhart man with three felony Possession of Child Sex Abuse Material counts after the Elkhart Police Department arrested him as part of an Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force investigation.

The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating after an identified and partially decomposed male body was discovered near the 2600 block of Links Dr, Elkhart.
