ASPIRE Elkhart is a transformational, once-in-a-lifetime series of investments building the Elkhart of tomorrow. Beginning in January of 2024, the Roberson administration took an approach to investing in our city that will make it a place future generations are proud to call home. This strategy focuses on investing resources into catalyst quality of place projects and neighborhoods, while upgrading the infrastructure and public safety capabilities needed to support a vibrant city.
