  • Users can request services or report local issues such as potholes, damaged street signs, graffiti, streetlight problems, park maintenance needs, ADA concerns, and more. 

  • You can now submit a request directly via the City’s website by clicking on a category on the screen below. If using a mobile device, tap "Launch Portal" to get started, or use one of the "Frequently Submitted Request" categories.

  • The MyElkhart311 mobile app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
