What is MyElkhart311?

Users can request services or report local issues such as potholes, damaged street signs, graffiti, streetlight problems, park maintenance needs, ADA concerns, and more.
You can now submit a request directly via the City’s website by clicking on a category on the screen below. If using a mobile device, tap "Launch Portal" to get started, or use one of the "Frequently Submitted Request" categories.
The MyElkhart311 mobile app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

MyElkhart311 is an application that allows anyone to submit non-emergency service requests and reports to the City, either online or via mobile.

Please include a photo with your request so we can understand what you are referring to.
Carefully check the location or address. If GPS is enabled in the app, the address will already be filled in.
Select the appropriate category. Requests submitted incorrectly may experience processing delays.
Enter the relevant details in the "Description" field to help the City respond to your request.
