City Council
Council Members
The City Council serves as the legislative body of a city, responsible for setting local laws and policies that guide how the city operates. Council members represent the interests of residents by voting on ordinances, resolutions, and the city’s annual budget. They provide oversight of city departments and ensure public funds are used responsibly. The City Council also serves as a forum for community concerns, helping shape decisions that affect daily life and the city’s long-term direction.

The Council meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, except when such a Monday is a City holiday.
The Council Agenda and Packet are available to the public to view prior to the Council meeting. The packet and agenda will be made available the Thursday before the Monday Council meeting.
